In a 9x13 dish, spread the refried beans.

Brown ground beef

After browned, add Green Chilies and Rotel to ground beef to heat and drain, if needed

Add mixture to 9x13

Cover with cheese
Step 6
Add taco sauce to top and bake at 350 degrees

Scoup into small bowls and add sour cream and dip with Doritos or tortilla chips. Chopped green onion if desired
