A simple yet always special and super healthy dessert with only two ingredients. These are great to make when you just want something simple, healthy and something that can be made a few hours in advance.

Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each.
Step 2
Line a plate or tray with baking paper.
Step 3
Gently dip the strawberries in the bowl of chocolate, holding them by the green tips, using a spoon to coat if needed. Lift the strawberry up to drain a little, allowing the excess to drip, then place on the prepared baking paper. Repeat for all strawberries and set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
