Instructions

Cupcakes

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Step 2
Mix the brown sugar, butter, eggs and pumpkin puree
Step 3
Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin spice
Step 4
Pour the batter into the muffin pan with cupcake liners
Step 5
Bake for 20minutes
Step 6
Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting

Frosting

Step 7
Mix together the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar

Topping

Step 8
Mix the butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and pumpkin spice
Step 9
Shape into pumpkin
Step 10
Roll in sugar mixed with cinnamon (50g sugar & 2 tsp cinnamon)
