3boneless chicken breast

1lime

1 packettaco seasoning
or any seasoning you like

4 tablespoonspico de gallo

1 ¼ cupcheddar cheese
or any type

8tortillas
Queso sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Poke chicken with a fork and squeeze the juice of one lime over chicken breasts


Step 2

Dust the chicken with the taco seasoning or whatever seasoning you are going to use. Rub the seasoning all over the chicken, then put in the air fryer at 360 for 9 minutes per side


Step 3

Put the queso ingredients into pulse blender and blend untill completely smooth






Step 4

Once the chicken is cooked, take it out and chop it up into small pieces or shred it and add it to a bowl. Add the cheese, Pico, and queso sauce and mix well.





Step 5

Now you can add the chicken mixture onto your tortillas and roll them up nice and tight. Put them on a baking sheet and bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes.

Let the chicken rolls cool down and store in freezer. You can then microwave for 2-3 minutes to reheat as a quick snack.
