Instructions
Step 1
With electric beater,cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. add bananas and eggs, beating until well mixed.
Step 2
Sift together dry ingredients three times :). blend with banana mixture but do not overmix;
Step 3
pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 until firm in the centers and the edges begin to separate from the pans.
Step 4
cool for 10 minutes on a rack before removing from the pans.

or mini muffins = 20 min at 350 cupcake size = 30 min
