Instructions

Step 1
Add the cottage cheese, chia seeds, and sweetener of your choice to a blender or food processor (I used my immersion blender). Mix until cottage cheese is smooth and reaches the consistency of a thick yogurt. Add frozen raspberries (or any berry you like). Mix until well blended. Serve as you desire with your favorite toppings. I chose raspberry bits and pecans for the first time. But granola would be fantastic too.
