Instructions
Step 1
Cut the butter into pieces, add flour, salt, and crumble the mix. Then add cream and mix the dough. Roll it out and cut it into approximately 5 x 5 cm squares.
Step 2
Place a teaspoon of jam on each square of dough and fold the corners as per picture
Step 3
Line a baking sheet and arrange the prepared cookies on it. Beat an egg and brush it over the cookies. Sprinkle with icing sugar
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, until the cookies are lightly brown. Let them cool down once cooked and enjoy!
