Pumpkin Chai-Spiced Mufins
Used my own ground white wheat berries-1.5c, a few oats, & some buckwheat flour. Great taste but a tiny bit crumbly from adding those extras. I didn’t add drizzle; they were really good without it.

1 ½ tspcinnamon

¾ tspcardamom

1 tspginger

¼ tspcloves

1 ½ tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1 ccanned pumpkin

¾ coil

2eggs

⅓ cmilk
For chai drizzle
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven 350. Grease or line muffin pans.
For muffins: In large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients-flour, sugar, spices, baking powder, & baking soda. Then, beat in pumpkin, oil, eggs, & milk til well blended, about 2 min. Pour into pans. Bake 18-22 min.
For chai drizzle: In medium bowl, whisk together powdered sugar & spices. Stir in butter. Add water til desired consistency. Drizzle on muffins & serve.
