Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. The batter should be ad thick as pancake batter.
Fried apple

Slice the apple. Only remove the center with the seeds.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a small pot.
Step 4
Dip the apple slices into the batter. Make sure they are covered completely.
Step 5
Place the apple slices into the oil. Fry for about 0,5-1min each side until golden brown. Repeat with the other slices.
Step 6
To a flat plate add the sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
Step 7
Cover the hot apple slices with the cinnamon sugar.

Step 8
Spread the bottom slice with half the peanut butter.
Step 9
Sprinkle on some chocolate chips.
Step 10
Place the other apple slice on top. Repeat with the other slices. Enjoy!
