Chocolate Chip Cookies

My goal with these cookies was to create something that I couldn't find in stores. I wanted to have low sugar, and oat flour without sacrificing the taste. These are delicious, filling, and kick my chocolate cookie craving. They taste great! The consistency is soft and fluffy, which I wasn't expecting since didnt use flour. They are slightly grainy as I pulsed regular oats to make my oat flour. I will come back to this recipe and edit it as this was my first attempt.

Combine ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Lightly spray cookie sheet and spoon dough into 12 servings on cookie sheet.

Bake in oven for 15 mins.
