Naan
2 tspactive dry yeast
1 tspsugar
2 Tbspwater
warm
450gflour
⅓ cupyogurt
⅔ cupwater
warm
¼ cupolive oil
1 ½ tspsalt
Filling:
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the yeast, sugar, and 2 tbsp water together and set aside for 5 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Step 2
Add flour, yogurt, water, and olive oil to a separate bowl.
Step 3
Add the yeast mixture to the second bowl, and mix until a rough dough forms, then kneed by hand until the dough is no longer sticky (add flour if it’s sticking too much)
Step 4
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover to let rise for 1 hour.

Mix together the filling
Step 6
Form 8 even dough balls, roll them out and but the filling in the center. Close the naan by pulling the sides to the center and squeezing the edges together. Roll out the dough again carefully.
Step 7
Cook on high heat, the first side about 30 seconds, flip, then wait for the second side to brown before flipping again to brown the first side.
