Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add diced onions, and fry minced beef.
Step 2
Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, salt and white pepper.
Step 3
Layer bread onto the baking tray, then layer with the cooked beef mixture, then layer with grated parmesan.
