Step 1
In a large bowl, combine almond flour baking soda and salt; set aside. In a food processor, purée bananas, and add sugar avocado eggs and vanilla. Mix in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Use a cookie scooper to fill muffin tins. And sprinkle batter with chopped nuts. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick stuck in the muffins come out clean.
