These quick and easy peanut butter hazelnut spread cookies are a way better upgrade from the original peanut butter cookies that most are familiar with! These cookies are soft and delicious, I promise you won't be able to stop yourself from eating them all!

¾ cuppeanut butter

¼ cupNutella
or kraft Hazelnut spread

1egg

vanilla extract

caramel extract
optional

½ cupcoconut sugar
brown sugar also works

½ cupwhite sugar

salt

Cocoa powder
Gradually add, until desired consistency

chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325⁰F

Step 2
Lightly grease baking sheet or line baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 3
Put the cocoa powder to the side for later - we won't need that until our cookie dough is mixed together!
Step 4
Use a spatula or large spoon to combine all other ingredients until well blended
Step 5
Now for the cocoa powder - gradually sprinkle thin layers of cocoa powder over the mixture and mix - repeat this until desired consistency. (the cookie dough should be thick and rollable - make sure you're able to roll it into balls without it sticking to your hands at all!)
Step 6
Roll the cookie dough into 1.5" or 2" balls, place about 3" apart on cookie sheet and gently flatten each with a fork
Step 7
Bake at 325⁰F for 15-18 minutes
Step 8
Let them cool and enjoy!
