Instructions

Step 1
Put sliced chicken underneath plastic film and smash
Step 2
Pull off film and season chicken with salt, garlic powder, and pepper
Step 3
Form the chicken into desired nugget shapes
Step 4
Combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and water to create the batter
Step 5
Coat the nuggets in flour and then into the batter before dropping into the oil
Step 6
Pull out before golden brown if you wish to double fry, otherwise keep in until desired color.
Step 7
Cool before putting in oil again for double frying
Step 8
Wash and peel your potatoes
Step 9
Put potatoes in a french fry cutter or manually cut
Step 10
Place fries in hot oil in batches, not all at once!
Step 11
Pull out before golden brown if you wish to double fry, otherwise keep in until desired color.

Cool before putting in oil again for double frying

Place nuggets back in oil for double frying and cook until golden brown
Step 14
Place fries back in oil for double frying and cook until golden brown
