Ingredients
24 servings

3 cupsrolled oats

1 ½ tspbaking powder

1 tspground cinnamon

¼ tspnutmeg

¾ tspsalt

½ cupbrown sugar
2 ½ cupslactose free 2% milk
high protein

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

1 Tmaple syrup

4 Tbutter
melted
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Line 24 muffin cups with silicone liners
Step 2
Optional: pulse oats in food processor 10-12 pulses.
Step 3
Whisk dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, whisk wet ingredients (except butter) together; add to dry ingredients and stir to mix. Add melted butter and stir to distribute.
Step 5
Distribute mixture into 24 muffin cups (approximately scant 1/4 cup per muffin cup).
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
