Chocolate Chip Cookies

These chocolate chip cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. With an excellent texture, they are a combination of sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies mixed together!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 370F and line up baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together ( flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt ) and set aside
Step 3
Using a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar till smooth and combined
Step 4
Once combined beat in the eggs and vanilla extract
Step 5
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients
Step 6
Once combined add in chocolate chips/chunks
Step 7
Roll dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on the baking sheet
Step 8
Bake in the oven for about 9-10 mins, until top starts to brown
Step 9
Let them cool down and enjoy!
