Cheesy Meatball Bake with Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 425F
Step 2
Mix cubed potatoes with garlic, rosemary, salt & a little oil to coat. Spread out on pan and cook 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
While potatoes cook, fry meatballs until the are brown.
Step 4
Add in onion and cook until it's soft.
Step 5
Add garlic, tomato puree, and white wine vinegar and cook for about a minute.
Step 6
Add Passata, cream, and stock cube and bring to a low simmer.
Step 7
Add in cooked potatoes. Do not stir.
Step 8
Top with shredded cheese and broil briefly to melt.
