Instructions

Step 1
Add water to a pot then add the cloves . Bash the cardamom with a pestle and mortar and add those in too then bash peeled ginger and add that in . Add cinnamon stick then stir and bring the pot up to a boil and simmer 3 minutes to get the flavors infused

Step 2
Add two teabags or loose tea and cook a further 4-5 minutes then add turmeric and milk of your choice and bring back up to a boil
