Step 1
Add sugar and water to a dry pan stir them together then cook on medium high until the sugar starts to bubble and change color from white to a caramel color

Step 2
Pour the water into the pan and stir then let them simmer and add the cloves cinnamon stick grated ginger teabag and cardamom ( bash the cardamom to release the seeds ) . Simmer 2 minutes

Step 3
Add the milk in then simmer two more minutes . Add sugar to taste then strain the tea into a cup or two small cups and enjoy
