Step 1
Set Instant Pot to Saute.

Wash and trim taro leave stems. Remove leaf tip.
Step 3
To the Instant Pot add beef, ginger, Hawaiian salt, Beef Bouillon cube, and water.
Step 4
Roll all leaves together into one roll and cut into sections.
Step 5
Then add luau leaves to the pot. Cook on Meat/Stew high pressure for 25 minutes, 10 minutes natural pressure release.

Once done stir leaves together with beef and sit for a little while. Taste and add more Hawaiian Salt if needed.
Step 7
Serve with rice and your favorite Hawaii side dish lomi salmon or poke.
