Instructions

Step 1
Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Fry in the pressure cooker with the oil for a few minutes. Add the beef steak (small steaks or cubed) and brown on all sides. Add casserole veg (I used frozen casserole mix) and the boiling water and disolved stock pot. Add salt, pepper & hebs. Attch the lid with weight in place. Cook on medium heat; wait for first whistle.
Step 2
Lower heat to a gentle simmer.
Step 3
Cook for 15 minutes
Step 4
Turn off heat; allow natural release (10-15 minutes).
Step 5
For fussy eaters you can thicken the liquid with cornflour or potato starch and remove the steak before blending and add a little gravy browning to deepen the colour and serve as gravy over the dish...
