Instructions

Step 1
1. Slice vegetables.

2. In a bowl add 1/2 cup egg whites and 1 egg. Add seasonings to taste.

3. Add chorizo to a hot pan and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Add potatoes and cook for 6 minutes. Stir frequently.

5. Add onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
6. Add in tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
7. Add egg mixture and combine until eggs are cooked through.
