30gcheddar cheese

30gemmental cheese

¼ tspsalt
50gelbow macaroni
½ Tbspbutter

Mac and cheese
Step 1
Cook the noodles according package instructions.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the pot over medium heat.
Step 3
When the butter is melted add the flour and stir well with a whisk.
Step 4
Now add the milk sip by sip and always stir well. There should be no lumps.
Step 5
Add the cheese and salt. Mix well.
Step 6
Finally add the noodles and mix again.
Burger Patty
Step 7
Form a Ball. The ball then press flat with your hands and shape. The patty should be bigger than your burger bun as it will shrink in size.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the patty and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 2min then flip.
Step 9
Again season with salt and pepper and fry for another 2min.
Crispy onions
Step 10
Thinly slice the onion.
Step 11
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Deepfry the onions for about 1-2min until crispy and golden brown.
Burger
Step 13
Cut the burger bun in half. Roast the halves in the same pan in which you fried the burger patty.
Step 14
Spread the bottom half with the mayonnaise.
Step 15
Top it with the burger patty, mac and cheese and crispy onions.
Step 16
Stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
