0.5Hokkaido pumpkin

100gbreadcrumbs
500mlsunflower oil

200gground beef
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tsppaprika powder
½ tspcayenne pepper

Instructions
Pumpkin fries
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into strips and remove the skin.
Step 2
Cook the pumpkin for 7 minutes on a medium heat. Then leave to cool.
Step 3
Put the flour on a plate and mix with the spices.
Step 4
Crack the egg into another shallow dish and whisk.
Step 5
Finally, transfer the breadcrumbs to another plate.
Step 6
In the meantime, heat the sunflower oil in a pan.
Step 7
First roll the pumpkin slice in flour, then dip in the egg and finally roll in breadcrumbs. Make sure that all sides are completely covered.

Place the breaded pumpkin slices in the hot oil and fry for approx. 3 mins. until crispy and golden brown.
Step 9
Put the pumpkin fries on a plate. Pour the cheese sauce over it and sprinkle the minced meat on top. Finally, you can add some parsley to decorate.
Beef topping

In the meantime, dice the onion.
Step 11
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan. Turn the heat to medium-high and add the onion. Sauté for approx. 2 mins.

Add the minced meat and chop finely with a wooden spoon. Fry the meat for approx. 4-5 mins. until crispy.
Cheese Sauce

Finely chop the garlic and chili.
Step 14
Heat the olive oil in a pan and turn the heat to medium. Add the chilli and garlic and fry for approx. 1-1.5 mins.
Step 15
Pour in the cream and simmer for another 1 min.
Step 16
Finally, add the cheese and spices and allow to melt.
