Instructions
Step 1
Pour some olive oil into a bowl with some salt and peper, minced garlic, and rosemary. Mix for a minute.







Step 2
Brush the ribs with the oil mixture and then let them rest in the fridge for half an hour.









Step 3
Put a griddle on the stove or a grill if you have one. Keep the heat high before to ease down the ribs. Cook the ribs for about 5 minutes for each side or a little more if you like the well done.
