Ingredients

The Chicken
1kgchicken tenderloins
1 ½ tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspsweet paprika
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsporegano
2 Tbsolive oil
2 TbsFresh Lemon Juice
Creamy Mushroom Sauce
1onion
large, finely chopped
3cloves garlic
crushed
2 TbsGhee
3 Tbsolive oil
500gMushroom
1 heaped tbschicken stock Powder
¼ cupwater
1 tspVegeta
or Salt, to taste
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsporegano
½ tspblack pepper
600mlthickened cream
White Rice
Instructions
The Chicken
Step 1
Marinate Chicken with all the ingredients listed.

Spray a Pan with some Canola Oil and cook Chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side over Medium/High Heat.

Step 3
In the same pan used for the Chicken, heat Ghee and Olive Oil over high heat and add the Onions.

Add the crushed Garlic and cook for 6 minutes.

Add the Mushrooms and cook until golden brown.

Add the Chicken stock powder and water.

Season the Mushrooms with the spices listed.

Add the Cream, lower the heat and allow it to simmer for approximately 3 minutes or until it thickens.

Place the grilled chicken into the creamy mushroom sauce. Allow it to lightly simmer for 2 minutes, then taste the sauce for salt and add accordingly.
The Rice
Step 10
Wash Rice until water is clear, then cover with water and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat Oil and Ghee over high heat, then strain the rice and add it in.

Add the water, season with 2tsp of Salt and bring to a light simmer.

Once it begins to simmer, Lower the heat, Cover and cook for 13 minutes.
