Grilled ribs - Red wine marinade

If summer is not over yet and the grill still on, make some ribs ready with a red wine marinade if you want to impress your tablemates.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix wine, oil and spices in a small bowl. Put the meat in casserol dish and brush it with the marinade on all sides. If some marinade is left, pour it on top of the ribs. Cover the casserole dish and put it in the fridge for one hour.

Step 2
Warm up your barbecue and ease down the ribs. Grill your ribs for at least 10 minutes or more if you like a more crispy taste and well done meat. If some of the marinade is left you can brush the ribs with it while they are on the grill.
