Step 1
Mix crust ingredients using food processor

Add a sheet of parchment paper to a 8 inch cake pan

In a cooking pan, mix cornstarch, sugar, curcuma and salt

Add coconut milk, lemon juice and lemon zest, and soft tofu, mixing well. Use hand blender if necessary.

Bring to a boil, mixing constantly, then let simmer 2 min and remove from heat.
