Instructions
Step 1
Start by melting the butter over medium heat.

Let it cook slowly until it becomes brown in color.

Sift the almond powder.

Then sift the powdered sugar.

And the flour.

Add the egg whites.

Mix gently with a spatula.

Add the melted butter and mix again with the spatula.

And then add the almond extract (this is optional) and mix one last time. You should have something with this texture:

Now cover it and let it in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Place the dough in small financial moulds.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
