1. Place oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and almonds into food processor. Blend until coarse.
2. Add medjool dates, with pits removed, and blend until well combined.
3. Finally add peanut butter, and molasses and blend until mixture forms. Can roll in coconut if desired. Alter ingredients to your liking! Store in fridge in closed container for up to 2 weeks.
