Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.

Add the tofu cubes to the teriyaki sauce to coat

Let the tofu marinate for at least 10 minutes

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode.
Step 5
Drain the tofu from the teriyaki (save the sauce) and add it to the Instant Pot.

Cook the tofu for 3 minutes, or until golden brown on all sides.

Add the broccoli florets and snow peas to the Instant Pot.
Step 8
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the tofu and vegetables.

Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 3 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure manually.

Combine the rinsed quinoa and water or broth in the Instant Pot.

Secure the lid and set the valve to "sealing."

Select the "MANUAL" or "PRESSURE COOK" button and cook on high pressure for 1 minute.

Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure manually.

Fluff the quinoa with a fork.
