Instructions

Step 1
Marinate one chicken breast in chili crunch and sweet chili sauce. Slice in half and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes on the stove top.
Step 2
Diced cucumber diagonally for garnish. Create base of bowl with 1/2 cup brown rice and top with shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, and steam edamame.
Step 3
Top with cooked chicken breast and garnish with green onions, chopped peanuts, and drizzle with Primal Kitchens Teriyaki Sauce.
