Instructions

Step 1
Marinate protein overnight.
Step 2
Cook Japanese pearl rice.
Step 3
To prepare the Japanese curry, heat up butter in a pan.
Step 4
Add garlic cloves, carrots, potatoes and onion.
Step 5
Add water and curry cubes and stir well. Cook the curry according to packaging.
Step 6
Season egg, flour and bread crumbs with salt, pepper and onion powder.
Step 7
Coat protein in egg, then flour, then bread crumbs.
Step 8
Fry the protein until cooked.
Step 9
Assemble rice, curry and protein and serve.
