Lazy day and have been planning for a trip to Hawaii so decided to make spam musubi! This is how I make it, and have always enjoyed, but I definitely want to try other people’s ways.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut spam into six even pieces
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar
Step 3
Add spam and marinate for 10 minutes
Step 4
In a pan Sear spam on both sides for approximately 2 minutes per side
Step 5
Assemble with rice, furikake, spam, and seaweed
