Instructions

Step 1
In a dry pan, toast the walnuts until starting to char a little. Chop the finely (or use a mortar and pestle) and put them aside.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the same pan on medium heat, and once fully melted add the dried mint. Combine and turn the heat off as to not burn it. Set it aside as well
Step 3
Mash the garlic clove (you can use a press or just chop it very very finely) and chop the fresh dill. In a bowl, crumble the feta with a fork, add the yoghurt and the rest of the ingredients: garlic, dill, mint butter and walnuts. Lastly add some salt to taste and whisk everything together
