Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the cucumber into small chunks, but without squeezing it out of its water
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic clove and make it into a paste with a pinch of salt and the back of a knofe
Step 3
To a bowl, add the yoghurt, dried mint and garlic paste and mix thoroughly. Add in the cucumber later as well as the water, mixing it well once again
Step 4
Top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, fresh mint and fresh dill and serve as a side dish
