Instructions
Step 1
Salt water and cook pasta. In a pan, heat oil and cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side. (Depending on size of shrimp)
Step 2
For the sauce, add butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk together until melted. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper then the parmesan cheese. Whisk together.
Step 3
Bring to a rolling boil, then simmer and continue to cook for about 3 minutes until it thickens. If the sauce is too thick, add more heavy cream or milk. Add in pasta and toss together. Top with shrimp.
