Instructions
Step 1
- Caramelise the shallot and garlic in some butter
Step 2
- Add the chopped tomatoes and let sit for a few minutes
Step 3
- Add some wine (or water) and let alcohol simmer out of it (you’ll know when it’s ready for you)
Step 4
- Pour a glass of the wine (or water) and enjoy some of this whilst cooking! (KEY STEP!)

- Squeeze half a lemon and add the juice to the pan
Step 6
- Now add in some Boursin, again this is to taste so the creamier you want it, the more you’ll have to add! Let this sit for about 5min.
Step 7
- Add some parmesan cheese to the sauce and leave on low heat
Step 8
- Peel your shrimps/ prawns and season them with salt, garlic powder, parsley and pepper
Step 9
- Use a different pan to fry your prawns in and add these to the sauce
Step 10
- Let this sit and start cooking your pasta, (linguini is my tip! However anything will do really!)
Step 11
- Serve in pre-warmed plates (this allows your food to stay warm for longer, so you can take a picture)
