Instructions
Step 1
Marinate shrimp in olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika
Step 2
Marinate can be 30 minutes or overnight
Step 3
Bring water to boil and add 1 tsp salt; cook pasta according to package

*When draining pasta, RESERVE 3/4 CUP PASTA WATER*
Step 5
Add 1 tbsp butter to pan and over medium heat, cook shrimp until opaque (approx. 3-4 minutes per side)
Step 6
Add pasta and pasta water to pan
Step 7
Stir together and top with additional seasonings or more parsley
