Ingredients
4 servings

1 tablespoonolive oil

1onion
finely chopped

400glean minced beef

2cloves garlic
crushed

1carrot
finely diced

1 stickcelery
finely diced

100gmushrooms
finely diced

½ cupred wine
700mlsalt-reduced tomato passata

2 x 400gtins chopped tomatoes
2 teaspoonsreduced-fat beef stock powder

2 teaspoonsdried oregano

2bay leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook the onion until softened. Add the minced beef and cook until starting to brown, breaking up any lumps with the back of a wooden spoon.
Step 2
Add the garlic, carrot, celery and mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened
Step 3
Pour in the wine and bring to the boil. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until thickened.
