rotisserie chicken shredded
spinach
half & half
or heavy cream
parsley

shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot over medium high heat, heat 1-2 tablespoons olive oil & garlic herb butter. Then you’ll add in minced garlic, diced white onion, tomatoes, carrots, celery, mushrooms (optional). Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until translucent
Step 2
Then you will add chicken broth & the following seasonings ( paprika, chicken bouillon, Dominican oregano, black pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, thyme, rosemary)
Step 3
Bring to a boil and add in your shredded rotisserie chicken & tortellini. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the noodles are soft and ready to eat. Then you’ll add the spinach (optional),half & half and fresh chopped parsley/basil. ( simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes)
Step 4
Serve hot and top w/ shredded parmesan cheese🤎
