Instructions

Grilled vegetables

Step 1
Slice the bell pepper and zucchini.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the vegetables and fry for about 2 min.
Step 3
Add the seasoning and fry for another 2-3min.

Tuna patties

Step 4
Thinly dice the onion and chop the parsley.
Step 5
Add all the ingredients except for the olive oil to a bowl and mix well. If the tuna dough is too sticky add more bread crumbs.

Form the dough into small balls which you then press flat with your hands.
Step 7
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the tuna patties. Fry for about 2min. Then flip and fry for another min.

Burrito

Step 8
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the tartare sauce.
Step 9
Top it with the arugula, grilled vegetables and 3-4 tuna patties.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
