One of my favorite orders at Mexican restaurants is tacos. The combination of the cilantro, the acidity of the Pico de Gallo, and the warm tortilla are just perfect. Tacos recipes are fresh, flavorful, and fast.

Instructions
Step 1
• Slide your red onion and red peppers.
Step 2
• On a preheated pan with olive oil, warm the tortilla for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Step 3
• In the same pan, add the chopped okra. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 8 minutes on medium heat.
Step 4
• Assembly: place the tortilla on the plate, follow with the okra, onion, pepper, pico de gallo, and cheese.
Step 5
• Top with cilantro.

• Enjoy!
