Instructions

Zucchini

Step 1
Slice the zucchini.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the zucchini and fry for about 2min.

Season with salt and pepper and fry for another 2-3min until slightly golden brown.

Tuna patty

Step 4
Chop the onion and chives.
Step 5
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Eventually you have to add more bread crumbs depending on the size of the egg.

Form a ball. The ball then press flat with your hand and shape.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the patty and fry for about 2min each side until crispy and golden brown.

Burger

Step 8
Cut the burger bun in half and toast until golden brown.
Step 9
Spread the bottom half with the tartare sauce.
Step 10
Top it with the arugula, tuna patty and zucchini.
Step 11
Stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
