Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Simmer the seeds in a pot of super salty water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Strain the seeds and spread them out on a tray with parchment paper. Try not to overlap the seeds.
Step 4
Add a splash of olive oil and shake the tray to coat the seeds.
Step 5
Roast for 20 minutes in the oven or until dry and crispy.
