any type

Lettuce
shredded

4tomatoes
large, sliced

4Avocado
sliced
16slices Whole Wheat
or any crusty bread, grilled

mayo
for spreading
Instructions
Step 1
Cool bacon in the oven at 400° or in a frying pan. Pat dry to remove oil.


Step 2
Wash all produce then slice them.
Step 3
Assemble all ingredients into a sandwich.
Step 4
Warm, if desired, on a griddle or sandwich press
