Instructions

Red wine plums

Step 1
Cut the plums in half and slice them thinly.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the plums and rosemary. Fry for about 2-3min until the plums start to caramelize. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pure in the red wine. Reduce the heat to medium and let the wine reduce for about 4min.

Wrap

Step 4
Half the tomatoes. Grate the parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Spread the garlic mayonnaise on the front center of the tortilla wrap.
Step 6
Place the arugula, tomatoes and prosciutto on top.
Step 7
Then pure the the red wine plums on top and sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
