Instructions

Step 1
Put the berries and dates in a blender and mix until smooth!
Step 2
Put the cold water and agar agar into a small pot and stir to combine. Then bring it to a boil over medium heat and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Add the puréed berries and stir for a minute.
Step 3
Let the mixture cool down for a few minutes then spoon into silicon molds.
Step 4
Let set in the fridge for about an hour (if using gelatina instead of agar agar, the time might be longer. Check the gelatine’s estipulated cooling time in the box!)
