Home made bath bombs; tweaked from original, but source provided
7 steps
Prep:30min
DIY bath bombs for the creative. If you want to create a swirled effect, make 2 batches and use different colors in each, or split this recipe to make in 2 separate bowls. ******Do not use food coloring to color your bath bombs unless you don’t mind being the color of the bomb used and scrubbing the residual color out of your bathtub!!

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Add as much or as little color pigment to achieve desired look. This is where you can get creative. Try edible glitter to create a “rainbow” bath. Some people add dried flowers or herbs to enhance the appearance and smell. Whisk to combine.
Step 3
In a separate small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. This is where you can choose your scent, carrier oil, or special add in for relaxation or muscle aches and pains.
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones very slowly. (This is very important; otherwise you will activate the citric acid which is used to create the fizzing affect.)
Step 5
Mix until combined, and the ingredients look like wet sand.
Step 6
Fill each half of the mold, packing the mixture in slightly until it's overflowing. Press the halves together firmly. Let the filled mold sit for one minute. Lightly tap the mold and gently pull it apart to remove the bath bomb.
Step 7
Let the bath bombs dry for 24 hours before enjoying in the tub.
